We offer in-house and onsite calibration services fully traceable to UKAS masters and checked to British standards. We have use of a fully temperature controlled laboratory within Taylor Hobson one of the world’s leading manufacturers of precision measuring equipment. Alternatively, we can provide calibration services on site as long as there is adequate space within an inspection area/environment. We can also set up fully traceable laboratories for companies which require some more specific criteria to pass certain audits for accreditation.

In addition to calibration we can offer a gauge management service. BMGauges can create and maintain a gauge/equipment database with input from the customer on specific information they would like included on the database. We will then update the database every time we calibrate items giving the customer an up to date record and create recalls of items with are due for calibration. This can be accessed any time using the customer login.

BMGauges can supply new gauges and equipment from most major manufactures such as Mitutoyo, Bowers, Torqueleader etc. We can also supply thread gauges, ring gauges and plain plugs. Gauges can be supplied with UKAS or in-house certification.
